Fitness and Your Sex Life

It is no secret that an improved diet and exercise routine can improve your health and fitness but many of you may not realise the benefits the amazing benefits that keeping fit can have for your sex life.

 

Sex can often become stale in long-term relationships or is often pushed back due to stress at work, with your family or because your tired.  Women may find that their sexual enjoyment is repressed due to self-consciousness, feelings of inadequacy or being uncomfortable naked.  Men may find that their just too tired after a stressful day at work or that their feeling a bit self-conscious of the few extra pounds around the waistline.
