We still cant decide if getting to make videos like these make for a great job, or if it's a little bit too painstaking.
Just to say a Merry Christmas from all at Man-Points.co.uk - have a good one!!
Ok, it's not a link, but enjoy...
A Christmas Story
'Twas the night before Christmas--Old Santa was pissed.
He cussed out the elves and threw down his list.
Miserable little brats, ungrateful little jerks.
I have a good mind to scrap the whole works!
I've busted my ass for damn near a year,
Instead of "Thanks Santa"--what do I hear?
The old lady bitches cause I work late at night.
The elves want more money--The reindeer all fight.
Rudolph got drunk and goosed all the maids.
Donner is pregnant and Vixen has AIDS.
And just when I thought that things would get better
Those assholes from the IRS sent me a letter,
They say I owe taxes--if that ain't damn funny
Who the hell ever sent Santa Claus any money?
And the kids these days--they all are the pits
They want the impossible--Those mean little shits
I spent a whole year making wagons and sleds
Assembling dolls...Their arms, legs and heads
I made a ton of yo yo's--No request for them,
They want computers and robots...they think - I'm IBM!
Flying through the air...dodging the trees
Falling down chimneys and skinning my knees
I'm quitting this job there's just no enjoyment
I'll sit on my fat ass and draw unemployment.
If there's no Christmas this year, now you know the reason,
I found me a redhead. I'm going SOUTH for the season!!
Christmas Number 1 Chart Race Gap Just 9000 sales
Written by Man PointsAfter an unprecedented internet campaign by Tracy and John Morter on Facebook to get Rage Against The Machine's track "Killing In The Name" to the top spot for the UK Christmas Number 1, on Friday the Official Charts Company (OCC) reported that the gap is down to just 9000 sales with Rage Against the Machine still leading but the margin is decreasing and expected to continue to decrease over the weekend.
The official facebook group has had problems with facebook connectivity all week but is now back up and running at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2228594104&ref=ts

It has also been announced today that Sir Paul McCartney is now backing Rage to hit the top spot for this years number one but it just isn't going to happen without continued support from the online community. The official facebook group has 800 000+ members but there are only 306 000 sales of the Rage Against the Machine Track this week which means a whopping half a million users who have signed up to the group haven't purchased the track.
The media have been going crazy this week over the possibility of Rage Against the Machine's track 'Killing in the Name' taking the top spot for the Christmas Number 1 this year!

As of Tuesday the 15th of December Rage Against the Machine was topping the charts by about 10%. If you want to help keep this happen, buy the track here:

The final of the three webcomics we're going to bring to you this week is also the least socially-acceptable:

Cyanide and Happiness is a webcomic that often walks the fine line between funny, and just plain wrong; but if you have a darker sense of humour, then this is the one for you.
Continuing on from Monday's daily link is the second webcomic of the week:

Ctrl+Alt+Del is a webcomic based mostly around computer games, with some other slightly strange elements thrown in for good measure. Although it's slightly geeky, who cares - geek out!
They say it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. I don't know who 'they' are, and besides the fact they're wrong, I don't know who I am to argue with the faceless crowds.
Anyway, I felt I should share three of my favourite webcomics with you this week. They may not be the manliest thing in the world, but if they make you smile, who cares?
The first is XKCD, a webcomic of "romance, sarcasm, math, and language". Some of the jokes might go over your head, but if you stick with it, you're sure to enjoy.
We here at the man-points team have recently been notified of a small Scottish band called "LightGuides". They are described as Progressive/Alternative/Flamenco on their Myspace page.
